ASME pressure vessel connections

Forged nozzles and integral connections designed to eliminate reinforcement pads and built-up solutions, reducing fabrication cost and improving structural integrity.

Long Weld Neck (LWN): Integral reinforced nozzles for seamless weld-to-vessel attachment in high-pressure, high-temperature applications.
Q-Lip nozzles: Tangential or radial butt-weld geometry facilitating full radiographic examination of the nozzle-to-shell weld.
Stub nozzles: Compact forged connections for space-constrained pressure vessel applications.
Branch outlets: Self-reinforcing weldolet, sockolet and threadolet-type outlets per MSS SP-97 and ASME B16.11, without external reinforcement pads.

Tees: Heavy-wall forged tees for critical piping intersections requiring superior mechanical properties compared with fabricated alternatives.
Hemi heads: Hemispherical forged end closures for pressure vessels, accumulators and subsea pressure housings.
Manifolds & forged pipe: Seamless pipe and multi-line assemblies forged from solid billet and forged hollows. Short or long lengths, up to double random, for applications where wrought pipe is unavailable or insufficient in wall thickness.
